Will it work with my red dot sight?
It mounts on a 21mm Picatinny rail behind the red dot, with a 38.5mm center height. How well the two line up depends on the height of your red dot, so check yours before you order. The two riser mounts in the box help with alignment.
How is it different from the 1.5-5x variable magnifier?
